Victor brings years of hands-on culinary experience to the kitchen, blending creativity with the discipline he’s built throughout his cooking career to craft every loaf, pastry, and dessert with intention and care. Alyssa supports the bakery by drawing on her professional background as an entrepreneur coach, specifically in exit strategies. The skills she uses every day — strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and business planning — directly influence how we operate, grow, and envision the future of our own family-run bakery. Together, we balance the beautiful chaos of entrepreneurship and parenthood while raising our three wonderful children: Eli, our curious and thoughtful oldest son; Lyla, our spirited and imaginative little girl; and Miles, our sweet baby who fills our days with smiles.
